How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States — no minimum.
When should I order for Christmas?
We recommend ordering by December 1 for delivery before December 25.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we only ship to the United States.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free — just email us a photo. See our Return Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and it hasn't shipped yet.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement.
Are the massagers safe to use?
Follow the instructions included with each product. Do not use EMS massagers if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have a heart condition or epilepsy, and never place them on the front of the neck, head or chest. Our products are not medical devices — consult your doctor if you're unsure.
