Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after processing. Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or carrier delays may add a few days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It may take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement.

Holiday orders

For delivery before December 25, order by December 1.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
