Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after processing. Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or carrier delays may add a few days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show movement.

Holiday orders

For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
