Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, worn apparel (sauna shirts, posture correctors) can only be returned if defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.
How to start a return
Email support@getrevivefit.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
For returns not caused by our error, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping is free and non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't shipped.
